ATTENTION EXHIBITORS
HIGHWAY TRAVEL SURROUNDING THE MSU PAVLION IS A MESS.
The ramp to NB US-127 is closed from WB I-96. From WB I-96 you HAVE to exit at
Okemos Rd, continue WB on Jolly, then right (N) on College Road to come in to
the backside of the pavilion. If you stay on WB I-96 by mistake, the detour is
very long.
The Dunkel/Jolly Road exit bridge will be closed for construction all summer
beginning May 11th. Additionally, there is construction on SB US-127
from 496 to I-96, involving the Jolly Road exit area. To avoid long delays, I'd
strongly recommend people exit on Trowbridge and turn right at the Harrison Rd.
light just before campus. Take Harrison S until it dead ends on Forest Rd. and
then left to the back entrance of the pavilion.

The Michigan Apple "Blossoms"
Held only three weekends each year The Michigan Apple Blossom Classic is an all breed open show. The Apple Blossom offers sweepstakes classes as well as age group classes for Showmanship, English Equitation, English Pleasure, Western Horsemanship, and Western Pleasure competitors. Riders from Pee-Wee age (12 and under walk/trot) to 50 and over are welcome at the event • In 2009 we have increased Sweepstakes added money! •
Attention Exhibitors - Please be aware that English classes are Hunt Seat attire & tack. Saddle seat classes were discontinued last year due to lack of sufficient participation. We apologize to the few Saddle Seat exhibitors who did attend the Apple Blossoms, and we wish you well!
Exhibitors may reserve stalls for the show by contacting www.russelltrainingcenter.com , or rtrainct@aol.com via e-mail, or by telephone at 517-655-4712.
Please be aware, ALL horses on the Pavilion grounds must be stalled. There is NO trailer in fee, and NO horses are to be left in trailers. In addition, all horses must have a negative current year Coggins. Please do not bring your horses if you find yourself unable to comply with this rule. We reserve the right to notify law enforcement for violators.

In order for your stalls to be reserved you will need to leave (by telephone), or send (by email to rtrainct@aol.com ):
The name, address, and telephone number of the person reserving PLUS:
1) the number of stalls needed
2) Exhibitor(s) names
3) Exhibitor (s) birth date
4) Exhibitor(s) complete address
5) Exhibitor(s) telephone number
6) AND... for all horses we require Name, Breed, Sex, and Year foaled.
Email is the preferred way to reserve your stalls. You will receive confirmation back when we receive it. If you don't receive confirmation by email please call 517-655-4712.
IN ADDITION: Proof of current negative Coggins (2009 calendar year) is required. Exhibitors or representatives should stop at the show office prior to horses entering the facility.
Please note: No horses will be admitted to the facility prior to 2:00 PM on the Friday preceding the show. Please plan to arrive after this time.

The 2009 Michigan Apple Blossom Classic will be held in the Michigan State University Pavilion, on the southern edge of the MSU campus in East Lansing, Michigan. Driving directions are provided on the MSU Pavilion website, which can be accessed by clicking the link below.
